Once all improvements are established.....there will be a cabin keeper to have your cabin ready for you to show up and enjoy your stay..... the kitchen in the ranch house will be fully furnished..... along with towels and supplies in the bathrooms..... investor/visitors, will have private cabins to sleep and relax in when they come out.....

"Time Share Agricultural VACATION PROPERTY Type way".........time allotments will be discussed and decided by the group of owners involved...
We can form an LLC (or something like it)..... decide on some rules and time frames for vacation stays, have a calendar to book your vacation time, and so providing buyers the opportunity to enjoy this unique place..... without having the huge commitment of having to purchase such a large property.
We can convert and use the small ranch house as the "kitchen, dining, mess hall, and for two bathrooms for showering and restroom facilities".....
AND.....over time..... we can add more improvements....
We have researched CABINS. We could place cabins around the ranch headquarters for vacation visits and get aways.
You can bring your MotorHome or Travel Trailer if you'd like to..../
There are no PGE or electric company utilities.... we have a Solar System(which we would want to add on to ).... and we also have a backup Propane Generator for those times of added power needs(high use or cloudy days), along with propane for the stove and water heater in the small ranch house.
There is an awesome BBQ area....with a huge fire pit... with tables and a bar type counter for dining and entertaining... more small firepits to sit around and keep warm on cool nights..... even on rainy nights the patio is nice.... because there is a nice shelter to shield us from the elements.
This place has a few main mountain ridges, lots of oak trees, a lot of brush covering the mountains, a few long canyons, a narrow mountain road along the front of the property with several quad trails around, up, over and to the heads of the canyons.....
We have some quads for the purposes of showing the property..... and you could bring your own ATVs or pay a maintenance fee to use the ranch quads when you visit.
There are corrals for those of you who want to bring your horses to ride..... and for an animal care fee ..... maybe you would like to have us raise some beef, lamb, pork or goat meat for your freezer.....
You may have a boat, a motor home, trailer or project vehicle that you need to store. We could work out a care and storage plan for our investor(s) hobbies, projects, and storage needs. Some yard storage is possible for an investor, with a negotiated fee for any livestock care that might be required of investor hobbies, animals, horses, and other livestock that need care on a full time basis.
You would have access to cut your own firewood, or be able to buy cut and split wood at a discount from our wood crew ..... to load and take home.
We would make available and or hire a caretaker during times that we take time off from the ranch if there are animals to care for......... but would always try to be available to assure a quality visit for you and yours when you reserve your days at the ranch..... unless you don't mind a solo ranch stay.
For now.... we live here and care for the place..... BUT WE WANT THIS PLACE TO BE MORE, be self-sufficient, and MEAN MORE to those who need a nice place to get away to .....
You can purchase all or a percentage of this secluded, private, peace and enjoyable land in the hills ...
A portion of the whole would entitle the investor(s) to a certain amount of time to enjoy at the ranch..... with an openness for additional visits as long as there are cabin vacancies.
Located....South of King City...North Of Paso Robles on the West side of Highway 101.... this property is located in the inland Central Coast of California....... It is an hour from Monterey ( many great golf courses and wineries), about an hour and a half from San Jose or Hollister(San Juan Oaks Golf Course is out that way) ..... we are also only about 30 to 40 minutes to Lake San Antonio or Nacimiento Lake..... and the property is a quick 45 minutes from Paso Robles (Hunter Ranch Golf Course is one of our favorites.... and of course Paso Robles is great for those of you who love wine tasting), an hour to Atascadero, just over an hour to San Luis Obispo and the Morro Bay to Pismo areas ..... so there are Golf Courses and airports.... North and South .... within 90 minutes or less.... over time.....
This place is in what we feel ... is in the heart of California.......
We would also entertain the idea of purchasing a Large SUV to use for driving visitor/investors ......... who want to be driven to any of the nearby events in surrounding areas, or casino runs..... and also for airport runs !

Private, Secluded, Peaceful, Relaxing, 3 miles into the hills, easy dirt road access, locked gate, 2B/2B House, attached Laundry Room with outside door access, Rock Fireplace, wood flooring in Livingroom, Porch, Cement Walkways lead out from the side of the Front Porch and lead out to the Great BBQ area- equipped with an approximately 8x5 foot Rock BBQ Pit that has a Metal Pole barn covering the BBQ area for BBQ's or Fire Pit enjoyment come rain or shine.
If you purchase the whole ranch.... you can have a garden or orchard..... raise livestock.... have your horses and ATVs..... the possibilities are endless......
We currently have container garden pots around the patio area.... that are yielding beautiful tomatoes, zucchini and various fresh herbs for our meals.
There is a big Sand box area to revamp for the kids, or you could possibly convert it into another specialty garden....
AND..........the headquarters is run on Solar with a back-up Propane run Generator... for times of heavy use or cloudy days. The huge propane run generator is housed in a nice cinder-block shed. Solar Panels are mounted on a nice pole barn, that can be shelter for quads, lawn mowers, wagons, implements, or a Tractor. Some or all motorized implements and machinery may be negotiated at an extra charge with the purchase of this property.......
There are corrals for a few head of livestock .... I was told that as many as 80 head of cattle were run there at times....... I think it could handle about 40 head of cattle..... This place is ideal for Fair Projects, Horses that need to be ridden in the hills, goats, and raising your own Beef, Lamb, Goat or Pork for the freezer.....
There is abundant firewood..... I was told there is a half a million dollars worth of firewood out here !!! You could stay warm for a long time with that kind of wood supply.... or you could supplement your income with a firewood side business !
There is a small pond for the wildlife, we mostly see quail, deer, Big Beautiful Hawks, Bobcats and Wild Turkeys...........we see pigs on some of the neighboring properties..... and there may be an occasional Mountain Lion spotted ...... a ranch visitor said they saw one.... and I believe I have seen paw prints from a big cat also!
AND.... there is a small water well with a 5000 gallon holding tank in place..... a solar pump is presently in place and generally ... keeps the tank full and overflowing into the pond.
We have a fuel shed, with a small workshop and additional store room where solar and electrical breakers are located.
The land is serene and pure........... a potential buyer has tested the soil.... it was reported to me that the soil is THE HIGHEST ORGANIC CONTENT THAT this particular MONTEREY COUNTY SOIL TESTER HAS EVER SEEN.....This would be a great artist or author's retreat...... small and specialized organic farm or very small specialized livestock operation........ or just a great place for someone who wants privacy, time away, for the freedom and relaxation.... and for the peace and quiet it offers..........
